We spend so much time being busy, rushing and doing things that we forget to just ‘be’, so much time making a living that we forget to make a life. We collect material things and forget to collect memories and moments. At Born Peaceful, we are inspired by Yoga and other spiritual practices and we are inspired by and embrace the Danish concept of ‘Hygge’. We spend time almost sleepwalking through life on autopilot, without really being aware of our surroundings and without really experiencing what’s really happening to us.
